Christy Dye has over 30 years of experience supporting providers, payers, state agencies, and communities. Formerly, Ms. Dye Served as the Chief Executive Officer for a network of 7 fully-integrated behavioral health clinics serving adults with SMI, built six transformed outpatient BH clinics area that integrated primary care services with psychiatry and case management and created new, Medicaid-reimbursable services and programs centered on the whole health and social needs of the SMI service population.

Sharon Hicks brings over 30 years of experience in health plan management, clinical operations management, and technology to OPEN MINDS. Ms. Hicks started her impressive health care career as a psychiatric social worker before moving into executive leadership. She held several executive positions within the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) system and its health plan division. Ms. Hicks has also served as the Vice President of Internet Strategy with UPMC Insurance Services Division and the Chief Executive Officer of Askesis Development Group, Inc.
