Highlights Of Strategy & Innovation Week

The shift from volume to value has created the need for new business models. The 2019 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute focuses on the strategy, service line development, and innovation management tools executive teams need to move their organization from the concept of value-based reimbursement, to success in the new financial normal.

Day One – June 3rd, The 2019 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute kicks off with two exciting events:

The I/DD Executive Summit, a full day event designed to provide practical, cutting-edge ideas for executives, with a clear vision on how to continue to move their organization forward successfully, despite all the turbulence in today’s market.

Succeeding With Value-Based Reimbursement: An OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Organizational Competencies & Management Best Practices For Value-Based Contracting, focused on the competencies that are needed to respond to and acquire a value-based contract.

Day Two – June 4th  James Craig, LCSW, MBA, Vice President, Corporate Clinical-Autism Solutions, Beacon Health Option, will open the Institute with his keynote address, Opportunity & Innovation In The Autism Market: The Beacon Health Options Strategy and on Day Three – June 5th Lynda Zeller, Senior Behavioral Health Fellow, Michigan Health Endowment Fund, will kick off the day with her keynote address, Harnessing The Power Of Analytics To Create Innovative Solutions For Complex Consumers. The day will end with How To Develop a Strategic Plan: An OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Best Practices in Strategy, Portfolio Management, & Scenario-Based Planning, this crucial seminar, is focused on best practices in strategic plan development and the keys to success in strategic plan implementation.

Day Four- June 6th the institute will close out with The OPEN MINDS Consumer Engagement Technologies Summit, an all-day event focused on the emerging trends in consumer treatment technologies, explore the new digital treatment options, and discuss how executives of provider organizations can incorporate new technologies into their strategy.

The institute will feature over 15 executive sessions, including didactic educational sessions; panel discussions with industry thought leaders; case model learning sessions featuring innovative organizations and programs.  All institute sessions are led by highly experienced OPEN MINDS moderators with guest speakers presenting their organization’s project and a wide range of viewpoints.
