Day One – June 1st The 2020 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute kicks off with:

Welcome & Announcement Of The Results From The 2020 OPEN MINDS National Innovation Survey: Innovation Adoption Among Specialty Provider Organizations

Carl Clark, President & Chief Executive Officer, the Mental Health Center of Denver, will follow with his keynote address, Innovation By Design: Capturing Value In Healthcare.

Day Two – June 2nd Allison Rizer, MHP, MBA Vice President, Strategy & Health Policy – Medicare/Medicaid Integration UnitedHealthcare Community & State, will start off the day with her keynote address, Emerging Models & New Benefits For Individuals Dually Eligible For Medicare & Medicaid.

Day Three – June 3rd Monica E. Oss will close the day with her keynote session, Transforming Organizational Performance: Using Data To Find Advantage & Sustainability

Day Four – June 4th Will include the highly regarded executive event focused on the strategic and management issues facing the I/DD field, The 2020 OPEN MINDS I/DD Executive Summit, and the Executive Seminar, Succeeding With Value-Based Reimbursement: An OPEN MINDS Executive Seminar On Organizational Competencies & Management Best Practices For Value-Based Contracting.

Day Five – June 5th The final day of the Institute will include the timely seminar, How To Develop A New Service Line: An OPEN MINDS Seminar On Building A Diversification Strategy & Conducting A Feasibility Analysis and an all-day event,The OPEN MINDS Children’s Services Leadership Summit, providing an executive deep dive on the changing children’s services landscape.

The agenda will feature over 20 virtual executive sessions, including didactic educational sessions; panel discussions with industry thought leaders; care model learning sessions featuring innovative organizations and programs. All Institute sessions are led by highly experienced OPEN MINDS  moderators with guest speakers presenting their organization’s projects and a wide range of viewpoints.
