Pamela Matuszewski serves as Chief of Staff for Care Design New York and Deputy Executive Director of AICNY. A seasoned operations and project management leader, Pam brings extensive experience in healthcare strategy, project management and organizational growth.
Prior to joining in 2024, Pam was Director of Member Care at Included Health, where she built and led a team of 50+ staff to coordinate care for the LGBTQ+ community. Her career also includes leadership roles at AbleTo, HT Health and Visiting Nurse Service of New York, where she guided large-scale operational initiatives, improved care delivery systems and led high-performing member services teams.
Pam is also the founder of Doyenne Consulting, where she advises early-stage health technology organizations on operational strategy, process improvement and building scalable systems to support growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
