Maya Goldberg is the Co-Founder and CEO of Toko, where she is building a new model of care, one that harnesses AI and the power of human connection to meet the mental health needs of our era.
A psychologist and behavioral expert, Maya is an Adjunct Professor at Reichman University, where she specializes in the intersection of technology, AI, and human behavior.
Maya has extensive experience building AI-driven products that integrate psychological insight with deep human understanding. She has served as Chief Psychology Officer and behavioral consultant for technology companies including Intuition Robotics, Makes, and Sweetch. Earlier in her career, she was Head of Strategy at Kayma, a behavioral consulting firm, and held board and investment-committee roles with Israel’s National Student Union.
Maya is a veteran of Unit 81, the elite technological unit of the Israel Defense Forces’ Intelligence Corps. She holds a double-major BSc in Mathematics and Humanities, an MA in Economics from Tel Aviv University, and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Reichman University, all magna cum laude.
