Dr. Kelley Krueger is a licensed psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 20 years of experience developing and leading innovative neurodevelopmental and behavioral health programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health needs. She currently serves as Senior Clinical Director of Neurodevelopmental Services at Pacific Clinics, where she oversees the development, expansion, and quality improvement of multidisciplinary programs. During her tenure at Pacific Clinics, she has directed a variety of programs including crisis stabilization, community integration, applied behavior analysis (ABA), play therapy, neurofeedback, counseling, and educationally related mental health services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Dr. Krueger specializes in neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed systems of care and has extensive expertise in program development, clinical operations, workforce training, and cross-system collaboration involving regional centers, managed care organizations, school districts, and behavioral health systems. Her work focuses on improving access and outcomes for high-risk neurodivergent populations through evidence-based, culturally responsive service models and sustainable systems-level innovation.
Prior to her leadership roles at Pacific Clinics, Dr. Krueger served as a graduate student researcher and clinical coordinator at the UCLA Center for Autism Research and Treatment, where she supported multi-site NIH/NICHD clinical trials examining communication interventions for minimally verbal autistic children across UCLA, Vanderbilt, Cornell, and the University of Rochester. She has presented training on crisis stabilization, neurodevelopmentally informed mental health care, autism intervention, trauma-informed practice, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical approaches.
Dr. Krueger earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Education from University of California, Los Angeles and her B.A. with Honors in Psychology and Social Behavior from University of California, Irvine. She remains actively engaged in advancing best practices for neurodevelopmental and behavioral health care through research, training, and community partnership.
