Jaimica Wilkins,  SVP of Quality at  Alera Health, is the organization’s subject matter expert for QUALITY inclusive of quality management, quality assurance, and quality improvement. She is also the co-chair of Alera Health’s Health Equity Committee. With over 17 years of experience in healthcare, she excels in quality and continuous improvement across macro, meso, and micro levels. Jaimica holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP).
