Emily Koch began her career with CBI in 2016 as a Registered Nurse (RN manager) until becoming CBI’s Director of Clinical Services in 2017. CBI’s Chief Nursing Officer remains passionate about the work she does in the behavioral healthcare industry. Emily has worked in the field for more than 10 years, developing measurable performance improvement plans to promote quality patient care. She currently works with a population of patients who are in need of crisis and inpatient services and is responsible for leading her team to incredible outcomes.
Emily received an Associate of Applied Science from Yavapai College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of South Alabama.
