Colleen Russell serves as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Alera Health, leading the development of innovative solutions that enhance care communication and improve outcomes for behavioral health members of ONEcare networks. With over 27 years in healthcare, Colleen has navigated roles from CCU and electrophysiology nurse to healthcare information technology over the past 18 years. Her experience spans settings from CAH hospitals to enterprise regional clinical informatics leadership to CIO of a clinically integrated network advancing value-based care.
Her work with multiple startups has strengthened her expertise in organizational change and transformation. Colleen is an ANCC board-certified Nursing Informatics expert and has served as a board member for the Health Information Exchange of New York.
