Yona Remer is the Co-Founder and CEO of Era Supports, an innovative behavioral health startup leveraging technology-enabled collaborative care to advance support and treatment within the substance use community. With over a decade of strategic leadership experience in behavioral health, Yona has successfully executed and integrated more than six acquisitions as part of roll-up strategies in private equity-backed healthcare ventures. 

Throughout his career, Yona has specialized in high acuity mental health services and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) autism care, driving substantial organizational growth and operational scaling. His expertise includes designing and implementing best-in-class platforms aimed at delivering quality care, streamlining operations, and optimizing service outcomes. Yona’s visionary approach and proven track record position him as a leading executive committed to transforming behavioral health care delivery for diverse populations. 

Yona holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson with a concentration in Finance and an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics—where his master’s thesis focused on behavioral economics and IPO underpricing. He earned his BA in History at UCLA.
