As leader of the Marketing discipline, McChane is transforming the Clarvida brand into a symbol of excellence in health and human services. She is modernizing the brand and crafting a narrative that captures the essence of Clarvida: helping everyone, clients and employees alike, achieve their personal best. In parallel, McChane is building Clarvida’s Marketing Shared Services function to bolster the company’s marketing and communications across every market and service line in order to recruit and retain the best talent for Clarvida. Her past roles in leadership positions with franchise brands like International Dairy Queen and H&R Block have informed her ability to manage and unify marketing operations effectively.
