Teri Herrmann, MA

Teri has worked in the North Carolina mental health system since 2003 when she started with The Institute for Family Centered Services. She is an experienced direct practitioner of the Evidenced Based Practice Family Centered Treatment®. She also has over 8 years supervising and overseeing the service delivery of FCT, and is an experienced leader in Behavioral Health Programing, including clinical oversight, quality management, fiscal oversight, and managing day-to-day operations. Teri also has experience with National Accreditation processes and participating in integrated care workgroups across the state. She is passionate about keeping children at home with their families and out of residential placements.
