Peggy Kelly holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from the University of Arkansas and an M.S. in Behavioral Studies from the University of South Alabama. She has over 30 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment, with a clinical and leadership background across Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, and Arkansas.
Her work includes direct care, behavioral health policy development, and delivery of employee assistance services for Fortune 500 companies. She served as Director of Clinical Services at Jewish Family & Career Services in Atlanta before joining Youth Home, Inc. in 2014 as Chief Clinical Officer. In that role, she led the implementation of the Risking Connections model of Trauma-Informed Care, expanded programming, diversified funding, and strengthened clinical oversight.
Now CEO of Youth Home, Peggy oversees operations and long-term strategy, with a focus on expanding access to trauma-informed care for youth with complex behavioral healthcare needs, including Reactive Attachment Disorder and Developmental Trauma Disorder. Her priorities include broadening program reach, exploring geographic/potential/opportunities for growth, and increasing revenue diversity to sustain and scale impact.
