Patrick Maynard, PhD is the CEO/President for Boundless. With experience working on both a National level (United Cerebral Palsy) and at a statewide regional level in Ohio and Illinois, Dr. Maynard’s goal is to always create the best possible services and systems to support people with disabilities.
