David Goff is a seasoned executive leader with over three decades of experience in behavioral healthcare administration and finance. As Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Jefferson Center for Mental Health, David has played a pivotal role in the organization’s growth—from serving 10,000 to over 30,000 individuals annually and expanding from a $17 million to a $90 million operation.

David is known for his strategic vision, operational acumen, and ability to build high-performing teams. He has led major initiatives including the development of new clinical and residential sites, implementation of robust financial systems, and creation of a culture of wellness that has helped Jefferson Center earn recognition as a Top Workplace for 13 consecutive years.

He holds a BSBA in Accounting from Colorado State University and an MBA from Regis University. Beyond his professional role, David has served on multiple boards and civic committees.
