David E. Cook, MSW, LICSW

As CEO, Mr. Cook is responsible for the daily operations at Zumbro Valley Health Center. He has over 25 years of administrative and clinical experience, including 20 in a leadership capacity. Mr. Cook currently sits on the State Advisory Task Force to help determine resource allocation for Minnesota’s State Innovation Model grant as well as the Olmsted County Coalition of Community Health Integration (CCHI), which is the governing body for regional efforts at population health management. During his career, he has served in many leadership positions, including at WellPoint, Medica and United Behavioral Health. Mr. Cook also has extensive clinical experience, serving as clinical director and a clinician at Cigna, United HealthCare and the Wilder Foundation.
