He brings over 30 years’ experience leading market expansion for health tech innovators serving Medicare and Medicaid payers and risk-bearing providers. Charles has advised several start-ups and early-stage ventures in building strategic partnerships, go-to-market infrastructure and scalable revenue models across commercial and government-funded healthcare programs. He is an HCBS family caregiver, involved in local community efforts to advance the independence and inclusion of people with developmental disabilities. Charles holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.
