Amanda Bartz serves as Endeavor’s Vice President of Clinical Operations, providing strategic oversight of program development, quality assurance, and service delivery across the organization. She began her career at Endeavor in 2008, working directly with children, adolescents, and families, which is an experience that continues to inform her commitment to reducing barriers to care and expanding access to effective, equitable treatment. With a strong background in trauma-informed care and systems of coordination, Amanda plays a key role in advancing Endeavor’s integrated model of care.
