Alla Clancy is a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in powering company growth through creative and innovative marketing strategies. Ms. Clancy joins OPEN MINDS as a Senior Associate.

Before joining OPEN MINDS, Ms. Clancy was a Freelance Marketing Consultant. In this role, Ms. Clancy developed integrative marketing strategies that optimize client reach across digital, personal, and non-personal channels. She also launched brand campaigns that resonated with the target audience, and showcased product features, and differentiators that drove actionable impact.

Ms. Clancy was the Associate Director of Marketing for Alimera Sciences, a pharmaceutical organization specializing in Diabetic Macular Edema products. Ms. Clancy spearheaded and launched a successful Direct-to-Patient pilot campaign across radio, print, & digital advertising, search engine marketing, email, and direct sales channels that resulted in a 32% increase in sales in the pilot territories. Ms. Clancy also increased brand awareness by 23% within a two-year period.

Ms. Clancy also served as Senior Solutions Marketing Manager for Nuance Communications, a clinical documentation software solutions provider including front-end speech recognition and transcription, coding, clinical documentation improvement, medical records, medical imaging, and quality management. In this role, Ms. Clancy client reference program participants by 120%, developed and nurtured relationships with opinion leaders, advisors, and C-level executives establishing a collaborative asset pipeline.

Ms. Clancy was a Product Marketing Manager for Medtronic Diabetes, an insulin pump and continuous glucose monitoring provider for Type 1 & Type II diabetes patients. As the product marketing manager, Ms. Clancy continued to 20% increase in national sales through effective physician acquisition and retention programs, sales training tools, and promotional marketing programs. Ms. Clancy also effectively planned revenue growth strategies and created tactics and metrics for physician and patient marketing programs including print, tradeshow, product theatres, webinars, whitepapers, and digital eLearning campaigns.

Ms. Clancy graduated from Portland State University with a Masters in Public and Health Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services with minors in Business and Healthcare Ethics. Ms. Clancy is also an Online Marketing Certified Professional (OMCP) through Duke University. In her spare time, Ms. Clancy enjoys hiking, traveling, singing, and spending time with family.
