Sharon Han is an accomplished operations and finance leader with over 20 years of experience across healthcare, nonprofit, and public sectors. Currently the Senior Director of Contracts and Revenue at Redwood Family Care Network, Sharon oversees multi-state contract and rate management, supporting $250M+ in annual revenue. Acting as a strategic liaison between Operations and Finance, she leads key initiatives across CA, WA, AZ, MN, ID and NV to drive financial performance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
Sharon directs Revenue Cycle Management and Transportation teams, manages leases for 250+ sites, and supports C-level executives with KPI planning and fiscal strategy. She has deep expertise in vendor negotiation, project development, acquisition due diligence, policy creation, and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations including CA DDS.
Previously, she served in leadership roles at People’s Care and Inland Regional Center, where she managed complex housing and service development projects, oversaw POS and CPP initiatives, and ensured compliance with Title 17 and the Welfare and Institutions Code. Early entrepreneurial experience as a restaurant owner sharpened their business acumen and operational leadership skills.
Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and a certification in Fair Housing Laws and Practices. Known for strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team development, they bring a proven track record of impact in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
