Ghoribet Tan, CPA, is the Corporate Controller of Redwood Family Care Network. She brings extensive finance and accounting leadership experience, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, system implementations, and leading high-performing teams. A key focus throughout her career has been assessing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing efficiencies that support stronger reporting, controls, and operational performance. Her background includes both corporate accounting leadership and public accounting with BDO USA and Rothstein Kass, where she managed audit engagements across a range of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, real estate, and commercial services. Ghoribet is an active Certified Public Accountant and earned her accounting degree from the University of Southern California.
