Mark Young

Mark Young serves as Chief Executive Officer of Community Health Network (MyCHN), a Federally Qualified Health Center system providing integrated medical, behavioral health, dental, and pharmacy services to diverse communities across Texas. With more than two decades of leadership experience in community health and health care system development, Mark has played a pivotal role in expanding MyCHN’s integrated care model, strengthening access to comprehensive services, and building innovative partnerships that improve patient outcomes. Under his leadership, MyCHN has expanded its service footprint, advanced whole-person care initiatives, and implemented strategic programs that integrate primary care, behavioral health, specialty services, and pharmacy support. His work has focused on ensuring that underserved populations have consistent access to high-quality, affordable health care. Mark is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and his commitment to building sustainable health care systems that align clinical care, operational excellence, and community impact.
