Bob has been the Vice President and Treasurer of ETA®, Inc. since its’ inception in 2002. He obtained an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern in 1989. Bob retired from the School District of the City of Erie as the Assistant Superintendent in 2012. Prior to that, he was the student assistance coordinator and was instrumental in developing Erie’s Alternative Education Program and Northwest PA Collegiate Academy. Bob and his wife Sarah were foster parents for the Erie County Office of Children and Youth for 20 years. He has been a Master Trainer for Aggression Replacement Training® since 1995. Dr. Oliver and Mark Amendola collaborated with the program developer Dr. Arnold Goldstein, who, prior to his death in 2002, asked the pair to take over training and research. Both have stayed true to his charge.
