Mark has been the President of ETA®, Inc. since its’ inception in 2002. He obtained an MSW from Case Western Reserve University and is certified in Penna. as an LSW. He has had a private practice since 1990 that serves youth, families, and adults. Mark is currently the evidence-based coordinator at Perseus House, Inc., a non-profit child-serving agency in Erie, PA. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Perseus House, Inc. since 1994. He has been a Master Trainer for Aggression Replacement Training® since 1995. Mark and Dr. Robert Oliver collaborated with the program developer Dr. Arnold Goldstein, who, prior to his death in 2002, asked the pair to take over training and research. Both have stayed true to his charge.
