Stephanie Strianse is a skilled psychology professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Her areas of focus include addressing the needs of individuals and families living with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

As the current co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Peerfinity LLC, and Chief Operating Officer at Jordan Peer Recovery, Ms. Strianse is committed to providing excellence in national peer recovery specialist services and training, as she oversees the quality of the Nationally approved Jordan Peer Recovery training method and Peerfinity virtual coaching services.

She conducts workshops and train-the-trainer courses across the country using the Jordan Peer Recovery training program. Ms. Strianse consults and trains behavioral health staff on topics such as crisis intervention, project management, harm reduction, trauma-responsive care, supervision, and professional development. She is also a Subject Matter Expert for the CCE and develop the Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner national exam in 2024. In 2019, Ms. Strianse provided expert testimony to the U.S. Government Accountability Office on best practices in peer recovery services. Her extensive, client-centered field experience also includes serving as the Director of Program Operations for the largest Permanent Supportive Housing case management agency in Washington, D.C., providing community-based case management services to over 800 formerly homeless individuals and families.

Stephanie Strianse holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The George Washington University, a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and is a current PhD student at Walden University in the field of Forensic Psychology. She holds certifications from NAADAC and IC&RC as a Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist, a Registered Peer Supervisor under MABPCB, Licensed Psychology Associate in Washington, D.C., and a Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner.
