Katie Clay

Katie Clay is the Health Home Director at Hudson River HealthCare (HRHCare), a Federally Qualified Health Center with locations throughout the Hudson Valley and Long Island in New York.  Katie began her career at HRHCare five years ago by overseeing community programming at HRHCare’s flagship Health Center in Peekskill.  Her work quickly evolved to include the Health Home, and she has been working with the Health Home Program since its inception in 2012.  In her role as Health Home Director, Katie oversees day-to-day operations and strategy for the Health Home, which serves 30,000 patients across 10 counties in New York State.  Katie has extensive experience working with communities throughout New York and Latin America.  Katie graduated from Gettysburg College with a degree in Biology and Spanish.
