Grace Dempster

Grace Dempster joined RHD in 1998 as a Corporate Assistant Director, responsible for the oversight of a variety of residential and outpatient services in Pennsylvania and Virginia. In 2016 she became RHD’s Executive Vice President for the Pennsylvania Division of Services to Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Grace brings more than 40 years of experience working in rehabilitation as a leader in Pennsylvania IDD services, having worked in development and management positions with two other large community based service providers. She has been RHD’s lead for developing and implementing services for individuals with IDD and challenging behaviors, problematic sexual behaviors and/or forensic histories.
