Paul R. Beatrice

Paul R. Beatrice is the President and CEO of Bluegrass.org, a comprehensive community behavioral health and human services provider in central Kentucky. Prior to joining Bluegrass two years ago, Mr. Beatrice served as Vice President with NHS Human Services, one of the largest non-profit human service providers in the country.  He brings over 25 years of executive management experience including mental health, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities experience. His work across multiple states has given him an excellent perspective on the changes currently happening in health care and he has a demonstrated record of program and financial success in multiple payor environments including managed care. Mr. Beatrice has a bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation counseling from Wright State and a Masters of Public Administration degree from the University of Dayton.
