Rebecca Quade, MA, LPCC

Rebecca is a Clinical Program Manager responsible for developing and designing clinical programs that that deliver solutions to customers that support their overall health and well-being. She is also leading efforts to integrate behavioral within Cigna’s accountable care partnerships with Cigna’s network leads. Rebecca has been with Cigna for 9 years. She started in the Behavioral Operations as a care manager and also helped to develop, launch, and manage Cigna’s disease management programs. Prior to coming to Cigna, Rebecca worked in Community Mental Health working with patients with severe and persistent mental illness and substance use disorders. Rebecca was also certified as a trainer of Motivational Interviewing. As member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Rebecca provided training for many of the State of Minnesota’s mental health professionals. Rebecca received her Masters of Art degree from St. Mary’s University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
