Dale Brickley, Ph.D., MBA, LPC

Dr. Dale. J. Brickley is an Educational Psychologist who is the Senior Director of Innovation and New Service Development at Wellspan Philhaven. He earned his Doctorate at Penn State University and did internships at The Schreyer Institute and NASA’s classroom of the future. Dr. Brickley went on to earn an MBA at Lebanon Valley College and did certification work The Ohio University. He has been an instructor and administrator at Penn State University, Bowling Green State University and Lebanon Valley College. He has worked as a licensed counselor and administrator in a not for profit healthcare system for approximately 20 years. In his current role he is responsible to guide innovation and the development of new services in the 5th largest psychiatric system in the United States.
